At AMFC, we focus on building bespoke menus and events and we believe that communication is key in getting you the unique and unforgettable event you deserve! We love to get to know our clients and build them menus that celebrate them, their history, their story and their future. We like to include influences from family, culture, travel, favourite foods, dishes and restaurants and important dates or events, like your first date, or where you first met. Got a favourite dish from a great meal? We think that should be a part of your menu.

COLD CANAPES
• Chargrilled asparagus, prosciutto, triple cream blue, black olive powder (gf)
• Noodle nest, prawn, laksa creme
• Confit duck, red currant jelly, rocket salsa verde waffle cup

HOT ITEMS
• Pork and thyme crepinette balls, smoked chestnut & paprika aioli (gf)
• Smoked chicken and pea croquette truffled pecorino
• Agadashi eggplant skewer, guac and seaweed salad (v)

STANDING ENTREE
• Soft Tacos - Guacamole, sour cream, salsa fresca, buttermilk cheese, corn salsa, herb salad, soft taco wraps
• Smoked BBQ spatchcocked chicken
• Fried reef fish

TABLE BUFFET MAIN COURSE
• Herb and lemon stuffed lamb on the spit
• Whole roasted salmon - blood orange & horseradish hollandaise

SIDE DISHES
• Quinoa, green bean and broccolini - blistered tomatoes, lemon vinaigrette, watercress & pink peppercorns (vegan)
• Gnocchi - beetroot and white bean salsa, dill fronds
• Grilled zucchini and rocket salad - sourdough croutons, balsamic caramel

DESSERT STATION
• Handmade vegan chocolate brownies - melted chocolate ganache, berry coulis, vanilla ice cream
